Borderlands The Pre-Sequeal, The Evil Within, and The Delay of Raven’s Cry.

October has already kicked us off right with great releases like Alien: Isolation, Drive Club, and NBA 2K15.  We continue this month with more highly anticipated titles like The Evil Within, and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel!  Bethesda’s single player horror game, The Evil Within, takes players through a dark and frightening journey playing as Detective Sebastian Castellanos as he fights off creatures of a world not of our own.  Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! will be the third installment in the Borderlands series which takes us 0n a zero gravity gameplay as we explore the moon and witness the creation of our adored Handsome Jack. Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures will also be available tomorrow with a sequel that will bring us a brand new storyline as players protect PacWorld from Lord Betrayus’ army exploring PacWorld through the ocean floor and into space.

As for those of you who were looking forward to playing Reality Pump’s Raven’s Cry this week, well, you will just have to continue holding your breath. Recent announcements on the Raven’s Cry site have said that the release date has been pushed back, yet again.

Official Words:

“Ahoy! The winds were on our side for a good bit there, but alas, we’ve hit some rough seas, and it looks like Raven’s Cry will be arriving in port a bit late. We need more time to scrub the decks and get the guns in working order. We could have just sped through these treacherous waters — land was right over the horizon! But no captain worth his salt would put his ship on such a perilous course; after all, we are beholden to our loyal fans and our extraordinary community to deliver an exciting and perfect pirate adventure.  All the recordings have been made, all features are on board, but no sailor feels safe when his ship is listing. So, to make sure we can count on smooth sailing form here on out…”

For PC and Mac versions of the game, November 27th, 2014 is now the new “set date”.  As for the retail and console versions, we can expect it to be out sometime next year.  Sorry mates!
