He said he’d be back and he is. Arnold Schwarzenegger graces us with this presences in the new installment of the Terminator movies. Terminator Genisys takes on the story of when John Conner sent back Kyle Reese to 1984 to save Sarah Conner.
“The year is 2029. John Connor, leader of the resistance continues the war against the machines. At the Los Angeles offensive, John’s fears of the unknown future begin to emerge when TECOM spies reveal a new plot by SkyNet that will attack him from both fronts; past and future, and will ultimately change warfare forever.”
Based on the trailer we can grasp some aspect of the new plot for the movie but can leave us a bit confused as to where the story will go. I, for one, am glad to see Arnold back inaction but we are left uncertain if the story will taint the very essence of what we loved most in the Terminator franchise. Guess we will have to wait and see.
