Once upon a time developers had to pay a fee of $99 to have the opportunity of developing a game on PlayStation mobile, but that is not the case anymore. The PlayStation blog have just revealed that by today, May 8th , the fee shall be no more. Now, if you were already planning on developing for the platform, I doubt the fee would’ve have stopped you but I’m pretty sure this will make the choice that much easier to make for many other developers.
PlayStation-mobile has been publicly available since October of last year. Games from this platform will be available on PlayStation Certified devices as well as the PS Vita.
